We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Perishable items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy are not eligible for return unless damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable and consumable goods (fresh produce, dairy, frozen items).
- Items purchased under clearance, special offers, or discounts.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Return Process
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided.
- In case of damaged or wrong items, customers should share a photo as evidence.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items are inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 days.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Replacement / Exchange
- If the wrong or defective product is delivered, we will arrange a free replacement.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
